Los Angeles County Chapter
The National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) is dedicated to enhancing the industry through continuing education, labor relations, current information and promotional activities. It is the voice of the electrical contracting industry, working to promote higher standards, quality workmanship and training for a skilled workforce.
There are 119 U.S. chapters of the NECA, in addition to others in countries around the world. The Los Angeles County Chapter, NECA represents contractors in Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

How do I join an electrical apprenticeship program?
LA/NECA jointly administers the electrical apprenticeship programs with three different local unions of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers. For information on the programs, requirements and how to apply, please contact the training center for the program you are interested in. The websites for each are linked below:

When will the new rates be available?
The new rates are usually available four weeks before their effective date.
